ATTENTION ALL VALUED CLIENTS
Please be sure to read carefully the policies listed below prior to booking. Starting August 2022, There has been a price increase on services due to increase on Hair Products & supplies that are needed for me service. Thank You in Advance for understanding This Change.
What is included
Hair is included with every braided style (Natural colors only 1,1B,2,4) all other colors are additional, Please be sure to specify at the time of booking. All braid prices are priced at mid back length, please be sure to select the correct length or it is assumed you are wanting mid back.
(waist, knee & butt length are additional, you can add on in ADD ON tab some services are already listed)
Hair Washes are also included with every style but be sure to add it on to your service at the time of booking for time purposeS, you will not be charged for doing so. If it is not allowing you to book for a wash, the time may not be available. (message me privately)

ALL HAIR MUST BE DETANGLED AND COMBED OUT THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO ENTERING THE SHOP! EVEN IF YOU'RE COMING IN FOR A WASH, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED A $45 DETANGLING FEE. MATTED HAIR IS NOT TOLERATED. PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME.

All Deposits Are Non refundable
Deposits & Payments
deposits are non refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of Service. Remaining balances can be paid in cash, zelle, PayPal, or via Credit card ( $5 Transaction fee)
Covid/Sickness
If you are experiencing any flu/cold like symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone that has please refrain from booking.
Cancellations
Must be done within 48 hours (2 days) prior to you appointment time.
Time
There will is a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. $5 fee after 5 mins, $10 fee after 10 mins. 15 mins late and your appointment will be cancelled and you would have to book again with a new deposit. Unless we have communicated otherwise.
Guest
Kids may be accompanied by one adult during the time of service. If you are not a child, Please No Extra Guest.
Children Appointments
As of August 2022, children who experience a tough time in the chair are no longer permitted. No tender headed tolerance! New clients will have to book a consultation service before booking a braid service.

Emergency Bookings
Sundays And Mondays: $100 additional to service
Same Day/ Squeeze in Fee
Last Minute Appointments within work hours $45 additional to service
Early Bird/ After Hour Services
Services Booked before 9am and after 6pm will be Charged $45 additional to service
House calls/ off site services
off site services and travel services start off at $100 minimum. price is determined by location and timing. Please be sure to thoroughly elaborate or fill out correct form to get better assisted.
